These terms apply to Klang Valley Pickleball Court Guide, an independent directory of pickleball court businesses in Klang Valley published by Meridian Guides. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see scoring method); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No endorsement

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.

Enquiries and referral fees

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

Using the site

The site is for finding and contacting pickleball court businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by Meridian Guides. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Guides accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms
