Klang Valley Pickleball Court Guide is an independent directory of pickleball court businesses built from publicly available information. Every listing receives a score computed by a single, published rubric applied to all businesses, calculated from publicly available Google reviews. Your listing here is free, and payment plays no role in scoring or ranking. This page explains how to correct facts about your business, dispute an inaccurate score, or request removal of your listing. See scoring method for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing factual information

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services listed here are wrong, you can request a correction. Send us the correct information along with something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm the change, it will be applied and will remain in place after our next data refresh.

Challenging a score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming the input data itself is wrong. This means either your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews have been attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. Tell us what is wrong and we will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. Note: a dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Your listing will be removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate, or if your business falls outside the scope of this directory. We also verify all listings monthly and automatically remove businesses that have closed. If your business is open and in-scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

Our response commitment

Every request you send receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If we confirm your removal, it takes effect within 7 days. Requests we decline include the reason why.
