Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia, TTPM)
A quasi-judicial body under KPDN offering an alternative, low-cost forum to civil courts where consumers can file redress claims against sellers or service providers, such as for faulty services or breach of contract at a sports facility. Its awards are final and enforceable as a Magistrate's Court order.
