The venue impresses with clean, well-lit courts and good off-peak pricing that draws returning players. However, persistent flooring issues-uneven surfaces, dead spots, and slippery conditions-undermine the experience, especially on upper-level courts like Court 6. Roof leaks remain a major frustration: heavy rain makes several courts unplayable, and staff can only mop, not prevent water damage. Ventilation and parking are frequent pain points. Quality varies significantly court to court. Coaching is available (Aiman mentioned positively), and the 10-court setup appeals to groups. New players and casual sessions can work off-peak; competitive players and those playing during rain should think twice. Newer sections still show construction oversights.
